Coaching & Advisory
I coach the people who carry the business. For two decades I’ve sat across the table from owners and their top management — not to hand them a report, but to help them think, decide, and lead. Whether you’re scaling, planning your exit, or grooming the next generation, this is private, senior-level coaching from someone who has built and advised companies, not just studied them.
The Business Outgrew the Way It’s Being Run
Most owners I coach aren’t failing — they’re stuck. The company depends too much on one person. The next generation isn’t ready, or isn’t trusted yet. The finance function can’t keep up with the growth. The numbers say “profitable,” but you haven’t taken a real break in years. Coaching isn’t therapy and it isn’t a seminar. It’s a working relationship where we fix the specific thing holding you — and the business — back.
Executive & CEO Coaching
You’re the person everyone else escalates to — and that’s exactly the problem. I work privately with owners and C-suite leaders to sharpen decision-making, delegate without losing control, and build a team that can run without you in the room. As a CPA and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) who has run a firm and advised boards, I coach from experience, not a textbook.
Who it’s for: Business owners, CEOs, and senior executives who are carrying too much and want to lead at a higher level.
Book a ConsultationFamily Business Succession & Governance
One death, one resignation, or one family argument can freeze everything you built. I coach the owner and the next generation through the handover — defining roles, setting governance, and preparing heirs to actually lead, not just inherit. As a CTEP®-certified estate planner and CPA, I make sure the leadership transition and the ownership transfer are built to work together.
Who it’s for: Founders planning to step back, and second- or third-generation family members being prepared to take over.
Book a ConsultationFinancial Leadership & CFO-Readiness
You can’t lead what you can’t read. Many capable owners and managers run their companies without truly understanding the numbers underneath them. I coach founders and finance leaders to read the business through its financials, ask the right questions, and decide with confidence — drawn from my years at SGV & Co. and as a practicing CPA.
Who it’s for: Founders who feel exposed on the financial side, and finance managers stepping up into a CFO-level role.
Book a ConsultationESG & Sustainability Board Advisory
Sustainability has moved from a press release to a boardroom requirement. As President of CPA4S and a leader in the Philippine ESG movement, I advise boards and leadership teams on building real, defensible ESG strategy — SEC sustainability reporting, green tax and incentives, and a net-zero roadmap that holds up to scrutiny. This is advisory at the governance level, not a compliance checklist.
Who it’s for: Boards and executives of listed and large companies facing sustainability-reporting and regulatory expectations.
Book a ConsultationWealth & Legacy Coaching
Your business and your personal wealth are tangled together — and that’s a risk. I coach owners to separate the two, plan for a retirement they’ll actually enjoy, and structure a legacy that survives them. As a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and MDRT Life Member, I bring both the technical depth and the personal oversight your situation deserves.
Who it’s for: Successful owners thinking seriously about retirement, wealth protection, and what they leave behind.
Book a ConsultationGroup Programs, Masterminds & Keynotes
Not every owner needs one-on-one coaching to get value from how I work. I design and lead cohort programs, owner masterminds, and keynote sessions — including as a curriculum developer for the Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy. These bring senior-level thinking to a room of peers at a more accessible investment.
Who it’s for: Business associations, owner groups, and corporate teams who want training, a mastermind, or a keynote speaker.
Book a ConsultationA Clear, Confidential Process
- Discovery Call — A confidential 45-minute conversation to understand your situation and see if we’re the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.
- Diagnostic — I look at what’s really going on — the people, the numbers, and the structure — and name the actual problem, not the symptom.
- Engagement — We work together on a defined schedule, whether that’s a focused coaching package or an ongoing advisory retainer.
- Outcomes — You leave with a clearer head, a stronger team, and a business that depends less on you and more on what you’ve built.
Senior-Level Attention, Scoped to You
Every engagement is scoped to the situation, so I don’t publish one-size-fits-all pricing for private work. Group programs, workshops, and keynotes start from a fixed per-seat or per-session investment, while one-on-one coaching, succession, and board advisory are quoted after the discovery call. Pick a time below and let’s talk — the call is confidential, about 45 minutes, and there’s no pitch.

Frequently Asked Questions
A consultant hands you recommendations and leaves. As a coach and advisor, I work alongside you so you build the judgment to keep making good decisions long after our engagement ends. Consulting gives you answers; coaching builds the leader who finds them.
Completely. Everything we discuss — about your business, your family, your finances, and your team — stays between us. Discretion is the foundation of senior-level advisory, and I treat it that way.
Both. I work with clients across the Philippines, so one-on-one sessions can be in person in Metro Manila or by video, whichever fits your schedule. Group programs and keynotes can be delivered on-site at your company or event.
It depends on the goal. A focused coaching package may run a few months, while succession, governance, or board advisory work usually runs longer as a retainer. We define the scope together after the discovery call — no open-ended commitments.
Private engagements are scoped to your situation, so I quote after the discovery call based on scope and duration. Group programs, workshops, and keynotes start from a fixed per-seat or per-session investment. Whatever you choose, you work directly with me.
It's a confidential 45-minute conversation about what's really going on and what you want to change. No pressure and no pitch — by the end, we'll both know whether I'm the right person to help, and what working together would look like.
